We're an Ayurvedic wellness practice focused on women's health. Dr. Sonal Juriani
(BAMS) offers three signature programs — Garbhasanskar for conscious pregnancy,
PCOD reversal, and Ayurvedic weight loss. Each program combines personalised diet,
classical herbs, yoga, and lifestyle guidance to heal at the root.
Women at every stage — teenagers with PCOD, women trying to conceive, expecting
mothers, new mothers, and women navigating hormonal or weight concerns. Our
programs are designed for Indian women and built around Indian kitchens,
lifestyles, and body types.
Ayurveda is a formal medical system recognised by the Government of India through
the Ministry of Ayush. BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is a
5-and-a-half-year medical degree. Dr. Sonal is a fully qualified Ayurvedic physician.
Absolutely not. Ayurveda complements conventional medicine — it doesn't replace it.
We encourage you to continue all your regular check-ups, scans, and prescriptions.
Dr. Sonal will coordinate with your other doctors when needed, and any medication
changes should always go through your treating physician.
Our clinic is in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh — at Jhamandas Chowk, near Dream India
School, Lalmati (pincode 482001). We also serve women across India and globally
through online consultations.
Start with a free discovery call with Dr. Sonal. You'll share your concerns, she'll
explain how her approach would apply to you, and you can decide without pressure.
We also run free weekly online wellness sessions — a great way to experience the
Arogya Nagari approach first-hand.
Yes. Our online programs are available globally. Most of our international clients
are Indian-origin women living abroad, but we welcome anyone who resonates with
Ayurvedic care.
Garbhasanskar
6 questions
Garbhasanskar — from garbha (womb) and sanskar (education, refinement)
— is the Ayurvedic science of consciously nurturing your baby during pregnancy through
sattvic diet, mantras, meditation, gentle yoga, and mindful living. It shapes both your
experience and your baby's foundation.
Ideally in the first trimester — but any time during pregnancy is beneficial. Some
families even begin preparation before conception, to align both parents' health
and energy.
It is spiritual, not religious. The practices come from Ayurvedic and yogic
tradition, but they work for any mother regardless of faith. You can choose mantras,
music, or simple positive intentions that resonate with you personally.
Yes. Every posture we teach is specifically designed for pregnancy by certified
prenatal yoga instructors. We modify poses trimester by trimester and avoid
anything that could strain you or your baby.
Absolutely — and you should. Garbhasanskar complements medical care; it doesn't
replace it. Keep all your scheduled scans, check-ups, and follow doctor's advice.
Our role is to support the emotional, nutritional, and spiritual sides of pregnancy.
Classical Ayurveda and modern prenatal research both confirm that maternal nutrition,
emotions, and environment shape fetal development. Our mothers consistently report
calmer, more alert babies — but individual outcomes always vary. What we can
promise is a more conscious, joyful pregnancy experience for you.
PCOD Reversal
7 questions
Yes — PCOD is highly reversible when treated at the root. Because PCOD is driven
by lifestyle, diet, stress, and hormonal imbalance, all of which can be corrected
with sustained Ayurvedic care. "Managing" it with pills is a choice; so is reversing it.
Most women notice improvements in digestion, energy, and skin within the first
month. Cycle regularity typically restores between months 3 and 6. Deeper symptoms
like hair fall or facial hair take longer — 6 to 12 months of consistent care.
Never without your doctor. We work alongside your existing medical care. As your
body responds, your doctor may choose to taper medications. That decision is always
between you and your physician.
Yes, fully. In fact, early intervention is ideal. We customise the protocol for teens
— gentler herbs, age-appropriate diet, and a focus on building healthy hormonal
rhythms from the start.
PCOD is one of the most common causes of fertility difficulty, and our protocols
actively support conception. Many of our clients conceive during or shortly after
the program. Dr. Sonal will adapt your plan to your fertility goals.
Not at all. Your diet will be built around everyday Indian meals — dal, sabzi,
chapati, rice, khichdi, seasonal fruits. Small shifts, big impact. No imported
ingredients, no rigid meal prep.
Our goal is permanent reversal — and that's why we include a sustenance phase. By
the end of the program, you'll know exactly how to eat, move, and live to keep PCOD
in remission. Lifestyle is the medicine.
Weight Loss
6 questions
Most women lose 3–5 kg in the first month, and continue steadily after that. We
prioritise safe, sustainable loss over quick drops. Rapid weight loss almost always
rebounds — our goal is permanent change, which takes a little longer but stays.
No. Indian staples are part of the plan — eaten in the right quantities, at the
right times, combined the right way. Ghee in particular is a weight-loss aid in
Ayurveda when used correctly. You won't be avoiding your food culture.
Not at all. Ayurvedic weight loss is about quality, timing, and your body's hunger
— not mathematics. You'll learn to eat intuitively, which is how long-term weight
management actually works.
Yes — and often especially helpful. Dr. Sonal adjusts the plan based on your medical
conditions. If you have PCOD, we often recommend combining this with our PCOD
Reversal program. Always keep your regular doctor in the loop.
Nothing extreme. We recommend daily walking, gentle yoga, and pranayama — adjusted
to your dosha. You don't need a gym membership or intense cardio. Movement supports
the plan; it's not the main lever.
You'll receive a maintenance protocol — a lifestyle rhythm to keep your weight
stable for life. More importantly, you'll have learned how your body works. No more
starting-over, no more "one more diet."
Sessions & Format
6 questions
Both options are available. We offer live online sessions (Zoom/Google Meet),
recorded video content, and in-person consultations at our Jabalpur clinic. Most
women across India use the online format; locals often prefer in-clinic.
Every live session is recorded and shared with you. You can access the full library
of past sessions anytime through your program portal. We also answer missed
questions over WhatsApp.
This depends on your program. Most include an initial 1-on-1 consultation, weekly
or bi-weekly check-ins, and ongoing WhatsApp support. You're never left to figure
things out alone.
You'll receive your diet plan, audio/video library, and handbook via WhatsApp and
email. Live sessions happen over video call. Everything is accessible on your phone
— no complicated tech or app needed.
That's what WhatsApp support is for. You can reach our team with questions anytime
during program hours. Most questions get answered the same day. Dr. Sonal personally
reviews escalations.
Yes — we offer postpartum nutrition, recovery yoga, and lactation support as a
natural extension of the Garbhasanskar program. Many of our mothers continue with
us into the fourth trimester.
Pricing & Support
5 questions
Pricing varies by program and duration. We intentionally don't list fixed prices
online, because every program is personalised to your needs and timeline. The best
way is to book a free discovery call — Dr. Sonal will explain what suits your case
and the cost involved, with zero pressure to commit.
Yes. We run weekly free online wellness sessions open to any woman who wants to
learn about Ayurvedic health. You can also book a free 1-on-1 discovery call before
enrolling in any paid program.
Yes. For longer programs (3+ months), we offer flexible payment plans and monthly
instalments. We want cost never to be the reason someone delays their healing. Ask
during your consultation.
Refund terms vary by program and are discussed clearly at enrolment. For most
programs, if you decide in the first week that this isn't right for you, we offer a
partial refund. After that, we focus on making the program work for you rather than
refunds.
Yes, absolutely. Every enrolment begins with a free discovery call. You can also
chat with our team over WhatsApp if you just want quick answers. We never want you
to commit to a program you aren't fully comfortable with.
